By downloading, installing, or using the Arrowgo Information Management System (AIMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the system.

2. Authorized Use Only

AIMS is an internal system developed exclusively for use by authorized personnel of Arrowgo Logistics Inc. Access is limited to individuals who have been granted credentials by the system administrator. Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or use by persons outside the organization is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

All authorized users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Ensuring that data entered into the system is accurate and up to date.
• Reporting any unauthorized access or security concerns to the IT department immediately.
• Using the system only for legitimate business purposes as defined by Arrowgo Logistics Inc.

4. Data Accuracy & Integrity

Users must ensure the accuracy of all records submitted to AIMS. Intentional entry of false or misleading information may result in disciplinary action in accordance with company policy.

5. System Availability

AIMS is provided on an "as available" basis. Arrowgo Logistics Inc. and the development team do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or take the system offline at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

AIMS, including its design, source code, database structure, and all associated materials, is the intellectual property of Arrowgo Logistics Inc. No part of the system may be copied, modified, distributed, or reverse-engineered without explicit written permission from management.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arrowgo Logistics Inc. shall not be held liable for any data loss, service interruption, or damages arising from use of or inability to use AIMS, provided that reasonable safeguards have been implemented.

8. Modifications to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of AIMS following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via official internal communication channels.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Arrowgo Logistics Inc. collects, uses, stores, and protects information entered into or processed by the Arrowgo Information Management System (AIMS). By using AIMS, you acknowledge and consent to the practices described in this policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored in a centralized MySQL cloud database and, where applicable, synchronized to a local SQLite mirror for offline access. Access to both databases is protected by authenticated credentials and parameterized queries to prevent unauthorized access or SQL injection.

Access to the AIMS download and system login is restricted to verified users through a two-step email and password verification process with rate limiting and session management.

5. Data Access & Sharing

Data stored in AIMS is accessible only to authorized personnel within Arrowgo Logistics Inc. on a role-based, need-to-know basis. We do not sell, rent, or share personal or operational data with third parties outside the organization, except as required by law.

6. Data Retention

Records are retained for as long as they are required for business operations or as mandated by applicable laws and regulations. Archived or obsolete records are managed in accordance with the company's internal records management policy.

7. Your Rights

Authorized users and employees whose data is stored in AIMS may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their records by contacting the HR Department or system administrator, subject to applicable retention requirements.

8. Cookies & Session Data

The AIMS web portal uses session-based cookies strictly for authentication and security purposes. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

1. Grant of License

Arrowgo Logistics Inc. ("Licensor") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the Arrowgo Information Management System ("AIMS") solely for internal business operations within Arrowgo Logistics Inc.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute AIMS or any portion thereof.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Transfer, sublicense, or sell your rights to use AIMS to any third party.
• Use AIMS for any purpose outside authorized business operations.

3. Ownership

AIMS and all copies thereof are proprietary to Arrowgo Logistics Inc. and title thereto remains in Arrowgo Logistics Inc. All rights in AIMS not specifically granted in this Agreement are reserved to Arrowgo Logistics Inc.

4. Confidentiality

You acknowledge that AIMS contains trade secrets and proprietary information of Arrowgo Logistics Inc. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of AIMS and not to disclose it to any third parties without prior written consent.

5. Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into AIMS. Arrowgo Logistics Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect or incomplete data entry.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Arrowgo Logistics Inc. may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of AIMS in your possession.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AIMS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Arrowgo Logistics Inc. does not warrant that AIMS will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Arrowgo Logistics Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use AIMS, even if Arrowgo Logistics Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Arrowgo Logistics Inc.'s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Arrowgo Logistics Inc. regarding AIMS and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
